Dedication of Staff crucial to success of organisations

Accra, Dec. 9, GNA - Alhaji Asuma Banda, Chairman of Antrak, has observed that one crucial element to the success of organisations is the active involvement of staff in its day-to-day running.

He said since it was the workers that determined an organisation’s output, disregarding their individual and collective impact could be disastrous so far as the company’s progress was concerned.
Alhaji Banda made this observation on Friday at the inauguration of an Antrak flight from Düsseldorf.

He noted that in order to ensure that only good businesses that truly served the interest of customers, competition must be encouraged.
He urged organisations and business entities to always ensure that they served the interest of their customers before anything else, adding that this was one essential tool for success.

Alhaji Banda noted that Antrak Air's success story was mainly owed to the sincerity, hard work and dedication of the staff.

Nii Adumansa-Baddoo, Acting Director-General of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, noted that Antrak Air had made great progress, moving from domestic to regional and international flights.

He said while the partnership between Ghanaian and German partners was laudable, it was important to always ensure that security was a top priority.
