Mills is President-Elect

 

Accra, Jan. 3,Ghanadot/ GNA – Professor John Evans Atta Mills of National Democratic Congress (NDC) was at exactly 1109 hours on Saturday January 3, 2008 declared the President-Elect of the Republic of Ghana.


The Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr Kwadwo Afari-Gyan made the declaration based on the following statistics arising out of the conduct of the Presidential Election Runoff held on December 28, 2008 and January 2, 2009.
