Press Release

NPP MESSAGE TO CPP
This weekend, one of the two main political traditions of
Ghana, the Convention People's Party is holding a conference
to elect its national officers.
The New Patriotic Party, the other main political tradition
of our nation, takes the opportunity to wish our CPP
brothers and sisters the best of God's blessings and a
successful national conference.
This weekend's event marks the end of a commendable marathon
exercise which elected constituency and regional officers.
The CPP has so far given responsible opposition to the
nation by joining the NPP to focus on issues.
We look forward to them completing all their internal
arrangements and joining us to warn Ghanaians against
another four wasted years of NDC and present better
alternatives to the Ghanaian electorate in our competitive
political environment.
We wish the Cockerel well!
Signed
Kwadwo Owusu-Afriyie
General Secretary, the New Patriotic Party

are they not taking Nana’s speech and going to work on
them to explain in the written and spoken word what can
be done in Ghana by Ghanaians under a competent,
