Government Conspires to Free WOYOME

Irrespective of the Supreme Court ruling that Woyome had no contract and for that matter should pay back the over $31million wrongfully paid him to the state, AFAG and the good people of this country are worried to see Woyome freed on the 2 counts of false pretense and causing financial loss to the state.

We can only blame the Attorney General for conspiracy. They presented a weak prosecution that merited Woyome to escape the wrath of the law. AFAG's legal team faulted the poor handling of the case by the AG and predicted Woyome walking home free on technical reasons.

We know the AG can't enforce the Supreme Court ruling for Woyome to pay back the current value of Ghc95 million to the state. The judge sees every reason to have involved Betty Mould Iddrisu, Barton Oduro and Kwabena Duffour as allies. This ruling is no surprise because it was technically made so for the state to lose the case.

No hope for Ghana. We will salute the late Prof Mills for his good attempt. Getting EOCO involved to find Woyome culpable and hence his prosecution was an action in good faith, Little did we know that his then VEEP and now President, was against his move.

Now, the President and a dead goat, it is wise for Ghanaians to rest their case and remain poor for John Mahama, his family and cronies to live.

CONCLUSION:

Ghanaians must change this overtly corrupt and directionless government for the president and his looting allies to face the law. NDC losing the 2016 election is inevitable and there will be no escape.

Mr. President, we wish you well for chalking another setback in the fight against corruption. Despite this setback, the AG must resign.

God save Ghana
