cocoa spraying supervisors
Nyinahin (Ash), Dec. 4, Ghanadot/GNA- The
Atwima Mponua District Mass Cocoa spraying Task Force has
dismissed 55 of its spraying Supervisors for financial
malpractices.

Supervisors paid each cocoa sprayer GH¢20.

who is also the chairman of the Task Force, disclosed this,

salaries of the spraying gangs from the Atwima Mponua
District Account Office, illegally deducted GH¢20 each from
the actual amount when paying their salaries for September.
He said some staff of the district, MOFA were allegedly
involved in the deal.
Mr Owusu Ansah said the case has been referred to Police and
Bureau National Investigations (BNI) and those found guilty
would also be fired.
