Hohoe, April 16, Ghanadot/GNA- Banks in the northern sector of the Volta Region have been urged to tighten their internal security in view of the recent robbery at the Hohoe branch of the Ghana Commercial Bank.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Kofi Adei-Akyeampong, the new Hohoe Divisional Commander, gave the advice in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Hohoe.

He advised banks in the sector to erect protective walls with wire barricades, adequate lighting systems and surveillance cameras in and around their premises.
