Accra bourse begins the week down

 

Accra, May 18, Ghanadot/GNA – The GSE All-share index, the benchmark measure of the performance of the Accra bourse, began the week lower with the index losing 9.55 points at 7,945.63 points from Friday’s close of 7,955.18 points.
    

Change for the year to date dropped to -23.83 per cent.

Traded volumes began the week at 56,400 from Friday’s close of 50,100.

Market capitalisation also began the week at GH¢17,113.36 million from Friday’s close of GH¢17,120.31 million.


There were two negative price changes.


CAL Bank lost GH¢0.01 at GH¢0.28 and Ghana Commercial Bank was down by GH¢0.02 at GH¢0.50.
