ICC
News24, SA

Netherlands - The International Criminal Court's chief
prosecutor said on Tuesday he has strong evidence supporting his

world's first permanent war crimes tribunal announce whether
they will issue arrest warrants for al-Bashir.
"The intention was to exterminate three ethnic groups and that
is why it is genocide according to our view," he told a small
group of reporters at the court's headquarters in The Hague.
